Products manufacture by other than manufacturer bear the following limited warranty : manufacture
warrants that the goods manufacture by others will conform to the description herein stated. No other
warranty express or implied is made. Manufacture warrants that goods delivered will be free from defects
in workmanship or material. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within thirty (30) days
after the initial date of delivery purchaser must contact said manufacturer for return of alleged defective
product for evaluation, products found to be defective and have met the appropriate guidelines for storage,
installed, maintained proper maintenance or operated in accordance with manufactures
recommendations and standards shall be covered by a limited warranty limited to suitable repair or
replacement of said product or products at manufactures discretion . Products found to be improperly
installed, used for other than intended usage, lack of basic required maintenance will void any or all
warranties where within implied. Products that are use in competition racing or performance related
usage will not be covered by any warranty expressed wherein.
Limitation of Liability: Manufacture shall not be under any circumstances be liable for special or
consequential damages such as, but not limited to any injuries, loss of life, property damage and or loss
of property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, loss of capital , cost for replacement goods, or claims
of customers or purchaser for service interruptions. Manufacture or it's affiliates is not liable for any or all
incidental or consequential damages in connection with these products.
