If you are using a 3 bolt front or rear racing hub on your barstool
racer, go kart or custom wagon and you want to install golf cart wheels
with the 4 on 4 wheel bolt pattern this is the way to do it. Hub adapters
come with hub plate, 4  1/2" wheel studs, 3 flat head mounting bolts.
Adapter is made from  6061 T- 6 aluminum.   Hub not included
